Our long-standing partnership with UPS FedEx DHL and other global carriers lets us offer a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be securely secured prior to being delivered. We ship to thousands customers every day from all over the world. This shows how we're dedicated to being the largest online retailer in the world. Both Europe and the USA have distribution and warehouse centers.
Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.
Prior to shipment, we check the item thoroughly before sending the items. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and cannot be fully controlled by us because of the involvement of multiple different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual levels of stock can change at any time. It's possible that the stocks could be depleted after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. We cannot replace or refund your purchase after 30 days since the purchase.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It should also be in the original package.
