Our long-standing partnership with UPS FedEx DHL and other international carriers lets us offer a range of shipping services. Our warehouse staff are highly trained and will package your items according to our precise and exact specifications. Your items are carefully inspected and securely secured prior to shipment. We ship to thousands of customers every day from all over the world. This is an indication of our dedication to being the largest online retailer worldwide. The warehouses and centers of distribution are in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.
Prior to shipment, all purchased products will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders today are shipped in 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also still be in the original package.
