This springy, warm LED light is based on Gustav Ehrenreich’s Hoptimist desk toy from the 1960s—the “ambassador” of that era’s happy movement in Denmark. Designed to make every day joyful, it’s also perfect as a bedside night light. The X-Large Bumble Hoptimist Lamp is made of ABS plastic, measures 9h x 6″ diam. And is powered by a standard plug-in with a 72”-long black cord. Touch-sensitive power and dimmer control is on the cord. Tap the power symbol to turn the light on or off, and touch and hold to adjust the light brightness.
